Am I tied into a contract with VOXI?

No - your VOXI plan is a flexible monthly subscription that you can change, pause or cancel anytime.

Can I keep my number when I join VOXI?

You'll get a new number when you join VOXI - but if you want to keep your current number, you can have it transferred over easily. To do this, sign into your VOXI account and go to the 'transfer number' section. You'll be asked to enter your PAC code and choose a transfer date.

How do I pay for VOXI?

Your VOXI plan is a simple online subscription – you just create an account and register a valid payment card. Payment will be taken every 30 days, when your chosen plan and extras refresh. You can opt out at any time.

Can I tether with my VOXI plan and extras?

You can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone and your endless social data will still apply when using those apps or websites on the other device. The same goes for the apps and websites included in your endless video and music passes.

How do I set up my phone for using data?

You'll need to update your settings.

  1. Connect to WiFi and text WEB to 40127 (free from your VOXI mobile).

  2. You'll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way.

  3. You'll receive a second text containing the settings - simply follow the instructions and save the settings to complete the setup.
